CARE leistet Hilfe in Honduras indem gezielt die Ursachen f\u00fcr die Not im Land angegangen werden. In verschiedenen Programmen unterst\u00fctzt man landwirtschaftliche Betriebe und andere Kleinunternehmen dabei, sich an extreme Wetterbedingungen anzupassen. Damit soll der Zugang zu Nahrungsmitteln und anderen lebensnotwendigen G\u00fctern verbessert werden. Ein wesentlicher Beitrag liegt auch in der Nothilfe. Das sind zum Beispiel Schutzma\u00dfnahmen gegen die Pandemie oder die dringende Unterst\u00fctzung bei Naturkatastrophen, wie die beiden Tropenst\u00fcrme Eta und Iota. \u201eIch wei\u00df nun nicht, wo ich Geld bekomme. Die Ernte war meine einzige Hoffnung\u201c, erz\u00e4hlt eine Betroffene \u00fcber die Folgen der Tropenst\u00fcrme.<\/p>\n
